The percentage pricing trap
On its free plans, Venue adds 10% to every card payment, and by default your client pays it. On a $300 deposit, the client pays $330. You do not pay that fee, but your client does, right when they are deciding whether to book you. Almost half of online shoppers leave checkout when extra costs are higher than expected.
