Digital Services Act Statement
Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council on a single market for digital services (hereinafter the "Digital Services Act"), which entered into force on 16 November 2022 and has applied to our Application since the commencement of its operation, aims to create a safer digital space, protecting the fundamental rights of users while establishing a level playing field for providers of intermediary online services in their role of intermediating and connecting consumers with goods, online services, and content.
Inkjin is committed to promoting a safe digital environment and to addressing the spread of illegal content, as well as the societal risks that disinformation or other harmful content may create.
Information on the average number of monthly active users
Under Article 24(2) of the Digital Services Act, online platforms must publish information regarding the average monthly number of active recipients of their service in the Union, calculated as an average over the preceding six-month period.
Inkjin commenced operations in November 2024. The number of monthly active recipients of its services over the last six months is 4,184. Our Application will continue to closely monitor the average monthly number of active recipients of its services in the EU and will publish this updated information every six months.
